Return and Refund Policy
At Shri Siddh Ayurveda, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take utmost care in ensuring that all products are delivered in excellent condition. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, our return and refund policy ensures a smooth resolution.
Eligibility for Returns

Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are damaged, defective, or wrongly delivered.

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

A valid proof of purchase (invoice/order ID) is required for all return requests.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened consumables such as capsules, powders, or oils cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7β10 business days to your original payment method.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before shipment by contacting our customer care at 8800070888. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you may request a return after delivery.
